Queen's Favors

My Dear Ladies and Lords of the East,
We call on you to help in making lustrous favors for her gracious, kind and beautiful Majesty of the East Realm, Geneviere D'Alsace. The colorful presentation they offer at our Great Pennsic War, is sure to inspire our archers, fencers and great weapons fighters.
The time is short and the task is great - 1,500 to 2,000 are needed in total. This said, the Eastern crafts and works in the Arts our World renowned. The nimble and sure hands of our artisans are sure to shower her Majesty in a wealth beautiful favors to bestow on those who fight with bow and sword, to serve, protect and make proud, our great Kingdom of the East.
Below, please find the design and color matches for her Majesty's favor. The size is not mandated, however, should fit over a standard belt (approximately 3").
We have decided that the bird can simply be a white outline and the "G" can be in bright grey thread, for the general populace. The more intricate favors will be for the Champions and should be as fancy as possible. For the King and Queen's Champions, we will have the colors alternate but, these are assigned to one person for consistency's sake. Size and details are up to the individual artists' inspiration. They do not have to only be embroidered, they can also be couched, beaded and so on... or a combination thereof.
You can submit them in one of the following ways:
1) Present in court at a RP. In which case, please advise in advance to kuanyin@comcast.net with which event and who should be called into court and who should be acknowledged.
2) Present to me or her Highness/Majesty at a RP event, in person.
